I agree!!! I know someone who frequently refers to things as either "epic" or "heinous" and it cracks me up every time because I think that epic and/or heinous should be saved for those things that are truly deserving of such titles

I'm with you on this, momhappy, and I'll add "narrative." I've heard this used in political and government circles for a while now, and I'm tired of the word.

I also don't like the overuse of "epic" and "super..."
