Too funny!!! I can totally see my labs doing EVERYONE of those things!!

Bahahahahahahah
I LOVE THE ONE ABOUT THE SNOOD!!!!

May I share my own of my lab? She got into the trash

Awww, Yenny, I love these LOL. Thanks for sharing them!
Too funny and sooo true! My kitties are guilty of quite a few of these haha.

Some of these had me laughing out loud! Others had me reminiscing. The red velvet cake mix reminded me of when our Golden was a puppy. I used to leave her at my parents' house when I went to work every day. One day she scared my mother to death by getting into a package of butterscotch pudding mix. It looked like blood mixed with her saliva and my mother didn't know how she had been injured.

I didn't expect to see a Newfie in there, either. They are not that common, after all. But leaving puddles of drool is their specialty, and people can, indeed, slip and fall in said drool! The area near water dishes is always especially hazardous, since they are one of the drink-and-then-water-the-crops breeds. I see their place in the eco-system clearly. After drinking, they must spread water for several feet. After going outside, they must spread burrs everywhere by carrying them in their fur.

Thanks Yenny! Dog shaming is one of my secret indulgences! If I feel a little down, I always feel better after spending a few minutes reading the pups antics! I love the dog who steals baby blankets! He looks blissful! I love the dog who locks the cat in the shower! Too funny!

Glad that you all enjoyed them! Sarah, your poor dog! I'm sure he wasn't expecting to be wearing a new "hat", when all he did was innocently go for a romp through the trash!

Deb, I can only imagine your Mom's horror! I would imagine one whiff told her that it wasn't blood, but butterscotch! Our schnoodle is one of those who "shares" her water with the rest of the house...I generally have to mop a 6 ft. radius around her bowl every time she drinks and I have been guilty of using a hair clip to pin her ears out of her food, though I've never stooped to using a snood!

Yes, pet antics always give me a good laugh, although I'm sure that some of these owners didn't think it was funny at the time!

These are so funny, I love the dog shaming! We are working on a dog shaming calendar for my grandma since she keeps the dogs in the daytime. So far my favorite is for my dog sasha "I'm smaller than all of the other dogs, but I still won't let them near the food bowl because I'm a diva"

Aww, please post them here! I'd love to see them! :appl:

Those had me laughing out loud! I love the dog in the bathroom who was afraid his mommy wasn't coming back -- my Siberians had very similar "fears" over the years. I still have a half-naked chair to prove it.

My favorite "catch" is of my darling Buck, who died last year at 14 1/2, when he was 3 months old. He's in the sunroom holding DH's huge slobbered-on, about-to-be-eaten, boot in his mouth -- a feat, since it was bigger than he was -- looking SO surprised & angelic. I captioned it "Boot? What boot?"

Sarah, you should put that photo of your dog online! Too perfect -- I love that you got out the camera when it happened. I would've thought of it the next day!

These are hilarious.
Thanks for posting.

I LOVE these so much! I am sure I have many to add, but typically in the moment, I am far to mad to think of writing it down and having them pose. Sarah, the post of your dog - is that part of the trash can on his head?

Great post! Love it!

Love this thread. Our little fellas favourite place to hide (aka dig :D ) is in our flower beds, my DH's pride and joy so no love lost there let me tell ya  I had to laugh at the dog with the blankie as there are daily fights here between DD and our Melvin for that comfort
Anyone for hide and seek?

Also had to post this. I begged DH for years for a dog. He said I could get one, once we got one that cleaned up after itself :P I showed him this and he caved  :naughty:

LOL that pic does not surprise me...he looks like he could be a white boxer or part boxer mix and they are very intelligent dogs. :appl:

Yes Yenny, me and DH laughed a lot over that one
Missy, DH is still waiting on me to train our fella to do this....me thinks he will be waiting a long time :naughty:
I think I might just have to resort to this

My dog ate a dozen chocolate cupcakes.

...and on a separate occasion: 2 sticks of butter.
