Oh my gosh you should never have started this thread. Do you know how many I have? On the other hand I can't wait to see others!

I'll just post a few of mine to start. My Christmas brooch collection is a whole nother story, lol.

Ooh, I love all of those. I’m waiting for a new one to arrive. This one came today. It didn’t come out a great color on the photo, but it is aquamarine and sapphire colored crystals.

They are beautiful and you are so lucky to have the one your Grandmother wore. The last one looks like an Eisenberg. Is it named?

This one needs to be cleaned obviously. It is a banana leaf from a local New Orleans artist, Mignon Faget. Dh’s Father used to work on the docks of the Mississippi River in New Orleans for United Fruit and his nickname was “banana joe”. He would bring home little banana tree seedlings so banana leafs are big in the family.

I LOVE brooches and want them to make a come back.

I’d love to have one like the queen’s lol. I’ve seriously thought about getting David Klass to make me one, but it is so far down the list of things I need. Such a splurge. Obviously, not to her scale lol

My mother had the most amazing cameo collection but when she died it disappeared. I love yours.

I love cameos. Clearly, the lower cameo is a much better carving than the other one, but they are both interesting in their own way.

These are all dazzling! I really like animal pins. The fish, seahorse, sea turtle and snail are special!

I love the lobster too, but the oval crystals with emerald cuts and rounds to TDF.

My MIL gave me her mother’s cameo brooch when I was in the middle of raising a bunch of toddlers and little kids and I had a brain fart and threw it in the washer while still on the sweater, it and it fell apart. I was heartbroken.

That oval pin with emerald cuts was given to me by a friend--It was her Granny's.
That's a sad story about your cameo! Little kids will do that to you.........
