Forged GIT certificate?

Have you ever seen a GIT full certificate like this? It looks a little suspicious to me since the GIT cert I have seen quite often is the second one

Does anyone know whether the first one is forged or not?

They offer report verification, why not ask the lab directly?

I've seen the second one you posted, but labs often change their report formats. The most common is the GIT memo which perhaps you're used to seeing.

Email them for report verification. They should respond.
