Consider an SI1 (eye-clean of course!!!)....Thank you to Pricescope for helping me validate our decision to purchase an SI1 last month. I had a chance to check out my e-ring on Friday to make sure that it''s the right size (it wasn''t easy handing it back to the jeweler, believe me) and was very impressed by the stone. So figured I would post this for all you p''ers trying to make a clarity decision. Of course it''s critical to check out the stone first (or have a trusted vendor check it out) to ensure it''s eye-clean. I am SO glad I did. Anyway, hope this helps someone out there!!!

AGREED!!!

I went and extremely clean SI1 and you could hardly find the imperfections from the side/bottom of the stone with a 10X loupe. What an amazing diamond I chose!!!

SI1 all the way, I wouldn''t waste my money on anything better because if you get a good SI1, you won''t be able to see it from the top/side, or any other way.

Yup and I was able to ensure higher color/cut dimensions in return!

I went with an SI2 which was eyeclean with the exception of 1 cloud which we had placed under a prong. My parents visited this weekend and my eagle-eyed father thought it was a VS stone! If there''s one thing I learned during the hunt for my ring/stone, it''s that diamonds are like snowflakes. Each one is unique and you have to treat them as such. Grading is subjective, so if it''s eyeclean to you and a pretty stone then I say, go for it!
