Anyone have one?
Love it? hate it? loved it then regretted it?
I''d really like to get some of your expert opinions!...i''ve seen it mostly in pictures on the internet (unfortunately) because not many jewelers (in my neck of the woods, anyway...) seem to carry them.
I can''t even seem to decide between a round or a square stone (bad, i know...

) and i want something more original than a princess/asscher/round...thought maybe a flanders would be a nice compromise. What do you think?
Insert expertise and pics below!!!
THANKS!

I don''t recall seeing too many flanders passing through this forum. There''s 1 of note, though. I will dig the info in a little bit.

If you can''t decide on a shape, look around. There are a few compromise out there. Like the cushion cut.

Check out the main page of Good Old Gold for a plethora of shapes out there (Rhino frequents this forum and also answers emails promptly!)

BTW, Good Old God has 1 in their inventory currently.

haven''t seen it in person.

have you thought of a cushion cut with more squarish dimensions compared to rectangle ones? it''s a softer shape than a sharp square like a princess.

Tiffany''s also recently patented what they call a cushion cut. it''s in their legacy line. I find it a bit of a cross btw cushion and asscher. very pretty though very expensive.

Wow!
I will go see what GOG has to offer...and i know i shouldn''t admit this, but i''d never heard of an Elara....
