First time diamond purchase, support needed!

Hello! My budget is around $8000 - $1,100. I have been reading about diamonds for a while, but I can't seem to figure out if I'm getting a good stone.

My top priority is cut. I want the best cut possible.
I am willing to go with an H or I color.
VS1 and SI1 are fine with me as long as it is reasonably eye clean (no dark spots under the table).
I am hoping for a 0.40 - 0.5 carat stone.

I have found this diamond which is in my budget. The scans look great to me? But I'm still a novice and I'm not sure I'm interpreting the ASET scan well.

It's a very nice stone.

That said. At that size you can easily drop down in color and you don't need true hearts really to get a nice stone. It will not be yellow.
