I''m about to buy a diamond for an engagement ring. I''ve never done this before and would like to ask your opinions.
It''s a princess cut (square modified brilliant), H, SI2, GIA cert., 0.78 carat, 5.16 x 4.95 x 3.81, 77% depth, 73% table, think to slightly thick girdle, no cutlet, polish and symmetry good, and no flourescence.
First, does this ring, it''s dimensions and all sound good? Anything I should look out for here?
Second, I''m about to pay $2200 for it. Is this a fair price?
