Hi Beachrunner-it was very flattering on and they felt really comfy on too.
I have a day off college on friday so I''m going to three different shops to try on dresses so I can report back again on friday evening.

I don''t know your budget, as Pronovias can become pricey, but Mori Lee(one of my favorites I''m dying to try on) and Pronovias have some gorgeous gowns!!

I also adore this Angelina Faccenda!!

You''re going to love the Benjamin Roberts 930. Are you trying it on in the Bridal Corner? BR dresses have the interior corset before the dress zips up which means they are super flattering. I almost went for the 930 but got the Pronovias Diamante instead.........

Good plan ... Make sure that your mom conceals her Weapon of Mass Revelation until you guys are safely tucked away in the privacy of the fitting room. Hopefully if they do not see her contraband she will be able to sneak in a quick picture or two!

Wedding plans are coming along nicely. As my date draws closer (even though it is still so far away), I find that I''m getting more and more excited for everyone else!

Hmmpf! Well they are NO fun at all, are they?! I know that you will give it a shot. I''ll keep my fingers crossed.

No dress shopping yet. I won''t allow it. I need to lose some weight.

I better kick it up a notch b/c I need to start looking in December/January or so.

Really, bee*?! Ugh! Maybe I''ll drag my butt to start "looking" ... actually, I''ll let you in on a little secret. I was at a wedding event that was held to fundraise for breast cancer research the other day and several local wedding vendors were there. I came across "The Gown Diva" who is a dress consultant and she meets with you, assesses your body shape, personality etc, does some voodoo ... who knows??! and recommends dress styles & designers etc for you so .... since I am really apprehensive and don''t want this process to be any more complicated than it needs to be ... I''ve scheduled a consult with her next week so I''m hoping that I glean something from our time together that fortifies me and empowers me to take the plunge and start looking. I''ll let you know how it goes.

It is ridiculous but I am so super excited to see what you choose. You are going to be a beautiful bride!!

I was really nervous that I wouldn''t be able to get my hips and bum into them but I could (thankfully!!), and they really are great. I think the girl that you get probably helps too as the one that I had was so nice and friendly. I hope that they''re the same today! I''ll report back later! My mother will be here in a few mins! Better get ready!

Awe Bee I am so happy for you. I have to admit that I hated trying on dresses. It was fun the first like three times and after I didn''t find the ONE I started to feel dispair an after trip #17 I was like I am sooooooooo over this and I finally ordered my dress like 8 months after starting to look. It seems like you are on the right track!!!!

No, I tried it on down here in Limerick in Bliss, Raheen.
Yeah, I love my dress too. It definitely did arrive. I''m going to a tailor on 22 Nov to see what alterations need to be done (only a bustle added I''m thinking right now).
Can''t wait to wear it now at this stage! lol
