Thanks everyone for all your help and comments. I finally settled on a stone and setting... only took me almost 3 months.
I finally decided going with Jonathan at Good Old Gold. He was really a great helped and was quick to respond to my zillion emails.
The stone I finally decided on can be seen here: http://www.goodoldgold.com/1_04ct_e_vs2_h&a.htm
I hope everyone likes it!
My setting is getting done by Greg at ringdesigner.com similar to the ring here: http://www.ringdesigner.com/RDcom1009444-items/RDcom1009444002ten.htm
The big difference is that I am getting two .03ct stones set to the sides of the center stone... this will help match up with the wedding bands we have chosen.

Thanks again everyone for all your help!
I love your feedback.
