Final 2 ASET images

One's not better than the other in terms of the ASET. Not much red in either. The price is due to the color grade difference, and I don't think that's much to pay for a higher color grade. I need to look at the videos.

Okay, I like cut and color better on the G, however, I am not sure I could deal with a black inclusion right under the table. I'd personally have to see that one before making a final decision.

Well, I think the shape of the H VS2 is better, and it has a smaller table and maybe higher crown, which I like. The H VVS is longer, but I am not sure I like that shape or larger table as much.

As to the table...generally speaking, are the smaller tables going to have more sparkle/fire?

Edit: This one is similar, but with a slightly smaller table (I actually prefer a cut a little closer to 1.4 than 1.3, based on my soon-to-be-fiances hand)

Large tables usually mean brightness while higher crowns and smaller tables may mean more fire. However, it depends on all the measurements and not just the table and crown.

I like the shape of this last stone better than the one before it. But I will admit that I favor stones in the lower 1.3 range which is why I go back to the first H VS2.

Thank you!

Any other opinions? I came into this today with two options, and now I'm back to four!

I really want to order something tomorrow...

Nice stones...same faceting pattern and both seem to be lighting up well as the stones turn.

I seem to prefer the "G". It looks ever so slightly less mushy out side the center when looking at it straight on...shows up in these
up close photos but not sure if it is really noticeable in real life.

G would be my choice but I think they are both good examples of nice ovals. Dont think you could go wrong with either.

I dont find ASETS to be all that helpful on Ovals/pears. I think you can tell way more by looking at the up close videos.

Thanks Tyty...these are actually ones you recommended awhile back on another thread. Of the few posted above...you think the G is the best bet?

I also prefer the G,the defined facets look to extend further north/south in the video and I also prefer the color. I know you see the tiny little mark now but that video is under 20x magnification....it's a VS2 and I think you'll have a hard time spotting it in person unless you're VERY close or looking under a loupe.

Yeah I've been playing with the video...It is barely noticable once I pull the magnification back.
