It "rounds" them up instead of crimping them. Some curlers literally put a 90 degree bend in the lashes, and some cut the lashes clean off! The Shu tends to softly round them up.

Okay, i just bought the maybelline XXL and i have to agree it''s pretty great. my lashes definately look longer. i''m switching from my regular green and pink
