Ladies and Gentlemen:
We are a small, independent, well-financed European group looking to purchase fancy colored rough diamonds for cutting and polishing.
All of our polished production is sold through periodic auctions.
The following are our requirements for all stones:
1. Size must be at least 5 carats or greater;
2. Quality between VVS1 and VS2
3. We would accept all shapes between S1 and M2;
4. All stones must have certificates of origin and all associated taxes must be paid in advance;
5. All stones must be non-fluorescent and untreated;
6. All bids must be in U.S. dollars or Euros and should include the
following: (i) description of the stones; (ii) specification of origin; (iii) shipping and insurance charges to London, Antwerp, or Geneva (we can provide our own services to these destinations if necessary); (iv) terms of payment.
We do not pay up-front intermediary fees. Upon inspection and verification of the stones, we pay a 15.0% premium to Rappaport prices into an account of your choice.
