Fair price for a 1.23 carat F VS1 Round Ideal Cut?

What would a fair market price be for a GIA certified stone with the following specs:

1.23 Carats
F
VS1
Ideal Cut (triple excellent)

I have my eye on a ring at an estate dealer in another state, but am not sure I will like the setting. So my thought is if I could get it for close to the value of the rock, it would be worth buying. I know there are more details needed for a close estimate, but what would a range be for a stone like this, assuming good table, depth, etc...?

I did a search and found 2 1.20-1.25 carat GIA F VS1 Ex/Ex/Ex diamonds, both were ~12,000.
