Lenovo, as mentioned I paid $18,740US (plus taxes) for this.
Regarding the fluorescence, I was worried about this, but now in hindsight there was nothing to worry about. My stone is only 'strong blue' as opposed to 'very strong blue' which is what you are looking at. From what I now know about fluorescence it's very rare that there is any detrimental effect on the stone (unless the diamond going blue in a night club is a concern). As Garry Hollaway mentioned, my stone was reported to have 'excellent luster' an industry term meaning the fluor has no effect.
It seems that the industry has deemed fluor a negative thing and have priced the stones accordingly, I know this is why I got my diamond at such a great price, it would have been listed at a much higher price if the fluor was 'none'.
