Eye clean to most, what does that mean?....you need to know if it is eye clean to you, then you need to have the stone in hand and look at it.

Their videos are taken from what distance? It doesn't look eye clean to me from seeing that video-

Yes, I do think it's eye clean 95% of the time. BUT, if you look for the inclusions, you WILL be able to find them if you have decent eyes. I had a JA diamond that was quite similar to that, but I ended up returning it because I didn't like the 5% of the time that I could pick it out.

Some situations make it much easier to find inclusions: diffuse light, table at an angle from the viewer. Those feathers are quite hidden by the faceting and might even be harder to find than the black spec in the table. That said, the inclusions are not egregious. Probably the only person who will ever notice them is the person wearing it.
