Should I buy? Should I send to an independent appraiser? In order to really know do you guys need me to send the AGS report? or is this sufficient?

Can't see any of the links, but that's a very fair price for what seems to be a beautiful diamond (AGS 000 H VS2). Is this a second hand sale or new?

It is new. Ags report says June 2013. I guess I never asked the seller if it was new. Can't figure out how post the links correctly. Do you have an email address that I can send the ideals cope, photos, and short video clip?
