worth it? am I getting ripped off?
Anyone know the difference between HCA:0.4 vs and HCA: closer to 2, the HCA site says it depends on preference. Can anyone elaborate?

The numbers look good. Make sure the diamond is eye-clean to your standards. An ASET or IS image would be very helpful as well if the vendor has access to those.

Is this with a internet vendor or a brick and mortar store? That will make a difference in the price.

You can use the "Pricescope your diamond" at the top of the page to compare to what online vendors would charge for a similar stone.

Ditto Jet

It''s from bluenile.
I checked the "pricescope your diamond"
It seems more expensive than all the ones there however, none of the ones there had EX in both polish and symmetry.

Numbers looks good. IS/ASET will verify if anything is wrong, Ex in symm will not guarantee the angles will not be off as the numbers are the average of 8 facets.

EDT:
Yap, BN will not be able to supply ASET/IS. Just give it a test drive tor send it to an appraiser then, you just pay for the return shipping if you don't like the stone. Good Luck.

In that case images such as ASET or Idealscope won't be available. If you want EX for both polish and symmetry then thats fine but bear in mind this is only a small part of the story, the important thing is the overall proportions. Also the naked untrained eye will not notice any difference between good and above for polish and symmetry.
