excel diamonds & diamondexpert.com

Hello Experienced ones,
Does anyone have any input on diamondexpert.com or excel diamonds either good or bad? I was looking at superbcert diamonds on both these sights.

PS I also found one that was almost off the chart on the brilliance scope but was 1.7 on the HCA which gave it a "very good" on everything instead of an "excellent". I know I read anything under 2 may be a good performer, but would there be that much difference? Which is more reliable? I know higher HCA numbers MAY still be good performers but I want the best performer possible and rather than spend my money shipping "maybe" diamoonds back and forth, I would rather spend it getting more of a sure shot on the first choice

I am looking for something 100% eye clean, very ideal cut, close to 7mm or bigger [probably 1.2 to 1.35]. Then near colorless, probably G or H.

He is well educated and comes across as very thorough and professional.
I have not heard of anyone being unhappy with Excell diamonds (superbcert) although I find the importer a bit hard to like.

I believe he has perfected finding diamonds that score well on th Bscope. If any of the vendors out there wants to pay me $1,000 to do some number crunching, I will give them a range of the major and minor proportions that will achieve the best possible results on it.

The stones will look just the same as other stones with very close to exactly the same proportions.
1.7 is a fine HCA score with the level of symmetry that you should expect with these stones.
