Even Exchange

I have to exchange my current diamond because it is cracked. My current diamond is EGL certified as .67 princess G, SI2, No Flour, 4.5 x 5.09 - 3.7 82.3% Total Depth 81% Table Width 9%Crown 70% Pavillion Depth, Medium Polish Girdle, Good Finish and Symmetry, No Culet they want to exchange it for EGL certified .64 Princess H, VS2, Moderate Flour, 70.9% Total Depth, 80% Table width, 4.48 x 5.03 - 3.18. Girdle is Thin to Thick, Good Finish and Symmetry with no Culet. Is this a good exchange? I am not sure about the flourescence, girdle and lower color for for better clarity. And what about size? Can you advise
