evaluating this stone with a-typical report

Dear Pser, I have a technical question here, regarding how to use HCA.
My lab report shows Dept and Table diameter in percentages, and then Crown height and Pavillion Depth in percentages again.
Since it is talking about 'height' and depth again, it does not seem to refer to the angles, as it should be to use HCA
Is there any alternative way to evaluate the brilliance and fire of the stone?

HCA also takes the height/depth percentages, there is a drop down arrow to change it from angles.
