clarity and color does matter.

Here's the priority in the order that I would place:

1) Cut
2) Carat
3) Color
4) Clarity

That's my exact order, too.

To be honest, the size really doesn't look a ll that different. I can see a tiny bit of color in the 1.9, so that means that I would choose the 1.5 carat. I also don't care for the pear halo - the 1.5 setting is STUNNING and I wouldn't change a thing. The halo on the 1.9 makes it look sort of "old" for some reason.
