Engagement Diamond and Setting Advice Needed

Hi All,

I am new to pricescope and this is my first post so it's nice to meet you all I am looking for a cushion cut diamond around 1.2-1.35 ct, F-G and VS1-VS2. I have narrowed it down to what I think are 2 good choices (BGD H&A vs GOG Brellia) and I am looking for some opinions/thoughts. The diamonds are as follows:

The Brellia seems like it might be a little bit better, but the cost is significantly more so any input would be appreciated.

Also, for the setting, I am looking at the Vatche 5th Ave Pave vs the BGD Legera Pave both in platinum. There don't seem to be many pictures of the Legera aside from on the BGD website so any input is valued. Again the BGD is significantly less costly, but is Vatche quality a lot better?

Lastly, anyone know if BGD will set a non-BGD diamond in 1 of their settings?

Yes, BGD will set outside stones.

BGD setting quality is excellent.

BGD H&A cushions are more like squares (straight sides) with rounded corners. Brellias are also very square edged compared to most cushions, but has ever sooooo slightly more curve, from what I can see.
