All- I just wanted to share my new engagement ring with you all. I haven''t been able to take great pictures since it has been cloudy everyday. I couldn''t wait any longer though...I will post better ones when I can. (Engagement story posted on LIW)

Tacorigirl- there were no custom fees as the Asscher fits in the 2620 setting for a Princess cut. FI did just barely escaped the custom cost due to size though... over 2ct wouldn''t fit the largest setting. The stone fit like a glove!Date: 12/9/2009 11:10:52 AM

Girlygirl,
Your ring looks AWESOME!!! I''m thinking of an upgrade with an asscher stone. Thank you for posting your pictures. I''ve been wanting to see what this ring would look like with an asscher stone.
Not only are asschers beautiful stones, you have more purchasing power with an asscher than a round brilliant. Did you have to pay any custom fees since the Tacori 2620 is not traditionally sold for an asscher stone?
I look forward to viewing your close up pictures. Thanks for sharing
