Emerald Cut under 1 ct

I''m going insane. My rings have been with the jeweler for 4 weeks getting redone and I just want my EC back on my finger. Hopefully it will be done next week.

Can anyone feed my need to see an EC and post pics of their under 1ct Emerald Cut diamonds?

I miss my EC.

Thank you... I bookmarked that page and have been oogling for the last few hours.

DH and I went shopping this weekend and found his new band. We''re seeing our jeweller on Wednesday and debating on whether we want to take a 14kt white gold wedding band for dh (knowing we''ll have to get it rhodium plated every now and then) or spend the extra money having the custom 19kt (with Palladium) done up, which includes melting down his current y/w gold combination wedding band to keep the sentimentality of the ring... which is what we did with mine. Clearly I''m more picky than dh as his deciding factor is going to be the price difference between the two. Anything greater than a $300 difference and he''s going with the cheaper option.

I''m also ordering my family ring on Wednesday. I have a daughter''s pride ring from my parents that hasn''t left my finger in 20 years! It''s being melted down and turned into my family ring, but I''m keeping my parents birthstones to honour them and blend my families together. So the new ring will be 19kt white gold, gypsy style with a Garnet, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Aquamarine, & Ruby.

I better have my rings by Wednesday or my hands will be *very* naked. I actually borrowed (read stole) dh''s iron ring (he''s an engineer and this is what they wear on their right pinky) to wear as a wedding band. It''s too big, but it hasn''t slipped off yet. DH is anxious to get his ring back before I lose it and I refuse to give it back until I have my new ones to replace it with.

All that rambling... still didn''t take my mind off my missing EC.

I hope you get your EC ring back soon. I don''t have one but I sure enjoy looking at the lovely ones on PS.
