I''m not sure why the picture looks somewhat cloudy but the ASET and IS looks good.

Looks to be a Whiteflash stone.

It is a WF stone, I have contacted them and they assure me that the stone is clearthat it was just a bad picture.

Yeah, the whole image is slightly blurred. Either the camera was slightly out of focus or it was blurred by an image resize. Notice how the edge of the diamond is not in sharp focus.
 
Phoeman,

Emerald cuts are so funny because they have to be eye clean since you can see right through them. But I think they symbolize elegance and sophistication. I hope your wife enjoys the surprise. I know I would.
 
Nice length to width ratio. I love the proportions of this diamond.
