I will be giving this ring to my wife for our 10 year anniversary next week. I was originally set on getting her a 3 or 5 stone brilliant cut ring but she expressed a desire for an emerald cut and a halo/pave setting. At first I was kind of against it b/c I wanted the fire/sparkle for my $ and heard emeralds didn't sparkle, but I want to make her happy so I went with it. A few months later I have now actually really leaned to love the look of the emerald cut myself. It has a subtle/classy beauty and the D color in this stone makes it look like ice. I know it is kind of bridal but I think she will love it on her right hand.
