Earring "Stops" Recommendations

I am not sure what else to call them?
Those little plastic things that slide onto your ear wires to keep
earrings from sliding out of your ear and getting lost?

I have decided NEVER to wear ear wires without them. EVER.
But those REALLY HARD PLASTIC things I bought at W***M*** are death on my flimsier wires....

I have ONE little pair that are a softer material (although I think they are still plastic)
They came on a pair of cheaper Department store earrings, and they slide very nicely
onto my ear wires and hold securely but are soft....
I don't know how else to describe them.
I am using that pair on all my wires, but now I am really scared of losing one of those. UGH.

There must by someplace that I can get these and they will be soft and secure??????
Anyone?
(A nice plus about my soft ones is I can slide them all the way up my wire to my ear so they don't show.....)

I bought a pretty pair of Moonstone / Blue Topaz drops from JKT and bent one of the wires
all to heck trying to slide that monster on!!!!!



(I didn't lose an earring that was particularly valuable, but still, it was one of my favorites.... )

Oh, I didn't get a chance to order yet, I ended up flying out the door to go see "The Fighter".....

The firemountain ones are on back order, as luck would have it....

I will Google a search though, and come up with something
I was thinking maybe someone here actually orders ones that they like......
They are pretty cheap in general, it seems, so I guess I will try a few and see what works....
