And ladies, if you have some links, that would be awesome - I'm looking for ideas!
I've always loved colored stones, and I've had a bad habit of buying without giving consideration to setting - but I've been putting money and gold aside, and now it's time to have some of my treasures set.
I have an oval Mahenge that I love - and hope will find a home on my finger, but a fancy sapphire or two, and perhaps a very nice chrysoberyl.
Design is tricky - the whole objective is to wear colours I love, and while I am not ashamed to say I am in touch with my feminine side, I don't want to wear women's jewellery. But my hands are kinda small, so I suspect overly chunky rings will over-power them.
I also like coloured stone pendants (which opens up to some of the more delicate stones), but those don't really wear well with a suit and tie.
