Dream stone found, help with three stone setting please.

I have recently found my dream stone through Wink of High Performance Diamonds ...

... and was wondering if I can please get some pointers, ideas, comments, etc. with the setting I'm thinking of, a half bezel rose gold three stone setting, like the Scholdt:




Ring Size: 6.50

Firstly, the details of the Crafted by Infinity stone are:

Wink is looking to find a pair of round brilliant sides that is just as beautifully warm, he said about 5mm or 6mm each.

I was wondering if I can please see some handshots of a similar ring with similar size stones? I'd like to see what the coverage would be please. I tried to find something similar to try on at the shops here in Sydney but have not been able to.

Also, I'm toying with the idea of matte gold and a Euro shank for this setting. Thoughts?

I cannot give you any advice but I am sure the experts will chime in. I really like this setting! Good luck in this process

Im a big fan of getting the stones between 70-75% of the center. So hopefully he finds some 5.3-5.7 ish. But as it has those bezel sides I'd probably stay closer to 5.3.

I LOVE the matte look on sholdt pieces so I'm all over that!

I've never worn a euro shank. I couldn't tell you if its comfortable. I'd probably buy a cheap one and wear it a few days before I committed.

Hi Niel! I love the matte look too, even though I read that scratches shows much more with matte, I haven't seen any IRL. Wink showed me .50 ct sidestones (each) in his live presentation and I think a little bigger, like you suggested, would look awesome. Decision might come down to budget

I'm hoping the ring won't come up too bulky, even though I really like substantial rings, I don't like them to be too wide up the top ... I really wish I can find somethng IRL to be sure for sure but nothing so far.
