Double Row Micro Pave - Split Shank - Need Help Please!!!

Hello,

I am getting a Double Row Micro Pave on all three sides with a Split Shank.. all the online retailers are not comfortable making a customized ring size since so many holes are drilled in and can compromise the Structure and Strength of the ring. Is that really the case?

Also are the stones more prone to falling out in micro pave ??

Any advice is appreciated, Thanks!!

That looks like a triple row to me. Do you have any pictures of something similar to what you are getting? Not sure what you mean by all the online
retailers (like who?) are not willing to make it for you. Have you tried David Klass, Victor Canera, or Maytal Hannah?

Hard to tell but that photo does look like a triple row pave. What is the customized ring size that you want? I can't imagine the ring size being so small or large that it compromises the stones so long as the pave isn't going all the way around the shank. From your photo that doesn't seem to be the case. The integrity of any stone can be affected just by it rubbing against your fingers. Others can chime in as to the security of their pave rings.

Yes, most of the retailers do not want to do a double row micro pave on 3 sides as they drill too many holes and can compromise the structure of the ring.!!

Hi All!
The question is not really clear...
1) there’s an existing ring, and it needs adjustment
2) you want a custom made ring

if it’s #1 concerns are warranted. It might be possible - however there’s plenty of cases where you can’t adjust a multi row pave ring.
If it’s #2....... horsepucky. When manufacturing a ring from scratch any maker with their salt can adjust the model to prettty much any finger size.
I’ve also got a bit of healthy skepticism when the term “all online jewelers” is used.
