Dog halloween costumes?

Hi all,

My pup and I will be visiting our local pediatric hospital on Halloween. My dog is part of their pet therapy program and the hospital has requested that we dress up in costumes. Any suggestions for coordinating outfits for my dog and I ? My dog is about 12 lbs with fluffy blonde fur. People say she looks like a mini golden retriever but she is actually is a mix of chihuahua, long haired dachshund, pomeranian, and beagle.

Well, I dont have a dog at the moment, but my neighborhood is going to the dogs, literally! We have a dog Halloween and Easter parade every year as well as a dog beach. Yep, its in California.
