I haven''t seen the stone in person, but she swears it is eye clean. AGS does not have a cut grade for asschers until next year. Tell me what you think. Here are the pictures she sent me along with the certificate. I am interested in the center stone only.

Sorry, I can''t figure out how to send the document. File is too large

Well, here are the specs since I can''t send the certificate.

3.10 carat asscher
I/SI2
61% table
68.1% depth
ideal polish
ideal symmetry
2.1%-4.3% girdle
fluorescence negligible
$18,975

Finally figured it out! Please help!

there is no way that stone is eyeclean the inclusion stands out like a sore thumb in the pics.
The cut isnt that great either.

Yeah, I can easily see the inclusion as well. I thought SI2 eye clean 3+ carat asscher sounded a little funny.

I''d keep looking. This one doesn''t do it for me either. Sorry.

I wonder how noticable the inclusion is with the eye rather than magnified? And it depends on how sensitive to inclusions you are. I''m not too sensitive. However, I would be concerned about the color. I''ve heard that asschers show more color than a round. I don''t know a thing about asscher cuts, but the experts don''t think it''s that great of a cut. I guess you need to weigh the pros and cons. $18,000 seems like a pretty good price for a 3.10 though.

Thank you for your comments.
