Does this Lab stone actually qualify as internally flawless (IF)?

I started searching for D IF lab stones just for fun and was surprised to see a stone with so many "dark marks" graded as internally flawless. The stone itself is nothing special. The price is high and the optical symmetry is not very good.

Please help educate me here:
1. What is the correct vocabulary to use when describing these dark marks?
2. Does this stone actually qualify as IF?
3. Are these "dark marks" on the exterior - and is that why one can call it "internally flawless" while the exterior has these "dark marks"?

I attached a screenshot of the video so you can see what I see.

The plot doesn't show any external inclusions either. Weird.

I'd ask Ritani to check the video. They have been known to upload the incorrect video.

It's residue/schmutz on the exterior of the diamond that wasn't cleaned off before the photography session.
