These are my two new-to-me favorites which I am loving them together. The solitaire was recently purchased by PS'er JDDN and it is the BG Barbara Pendant in size .71 and a Tiffany Key that I purchased from my DH's friend's Pawn Shop: IMG_2363.JPG

@stacejan this is the exact look I’m going for. I have a .6 solitaire pendant and was seriously considering a particular Tiffany Key. I like the differential in the length but I’m not sure how often I would wear them together. How often do you wear them together? It’s a very pretty look.

Since I just purchased the pendant recently, I was wearing it daily. Then the last week or so, I combined both necklaces together and wore them for the entire work week. But, I keep all real jewels in a huge safe and it is not that convenient to constantly change. I also have a WG and RG key that I used to wear all three together.

But, my old time signature piece that I layer w either a solitaire pendant or the keys is the SS Tiffany large open heart necklace with the larger mesh chain. My DD says that I "always" wear it. I think that I reach for this the most since it is the fastest to put on in the morning since I just slip it over my head.

Here is another pic. This one was my orig BG .35 plat pendant and the 2 Tiffany's keys:

I don't generally layer necklaces because I have enough problems with one chain getting wrapped up in my hair I can't imagine having more than one. The pearls layered are beautiful @Confection10!

I am layering this look for the first time. I find both a little underwhelming on their own, especially my vintage shorter piece. But when layered, i think it looks special ;-)

I am considering lengthening my vintage piece a TAD bit more...like add another half inch...and changing the chain....what do you think? Or leave it as is?

Oh my! I LOVE your layered pearl looks, a very modern and luxurious looking way to wear pearls.
Man I need more money!

I've been stacking, or layering, my small solitaire pendant with other pendants lately. Right now, it's a piece that has a gold Irish trinity knot intertwined with a heart. An anniversary gift, several years ago and nice to wear around Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day.
