Does anyone know whose custom setting this was?

I remember seeing someone''s sketch of a gorgeous custom ering they were going to do, but now I cannot remember who it was. The ring had a round center, split shank and side stones, maybe bullets or traps. I did a search for split shanks, but didn''t see it. Any ideas?
