Rather than create a new thread, I'll bump this up. I think this is what I want to go with, but I asked JA and they do not have any images of it on a hand. I just want to see what it looks like on a finger. Can anyone help me out?

You might try asking in the CS forum. Someone over there may have set a sapphire in this setting. You may want to try sing the search function or google search to see what else comes up.

Do you already have your center stone? I think JA charges to set outside stones, but you may want to look at their policies. Just a thought....good luck!

Alisto, I believe OP had a custom ring made and is not looking anymore, but your ring is gorgeous. You should start your own thread in SMTB.
