Does anyone have a good upgrade policy on old cuts?

Hello, friends! I am thinking about having a pendant made with a OEC. I would like to have the option to upgrade later to a ring if I decided to, but am not sure of any vendors that offer upgrades on old stones. Any suggestions? Thanks

Jon is making "new" old cuts. he''s having them cut for light preformence, but still maintaining the old world look. I''m getting an OMC or chunky cushion

You should see the new OEC he''s doing though...I cant find the video link, but I think someone here can!
