WORDLE is an on-line word game.

Each day there is one five-letter word. Just. One. Word.

You get six tries to figure out what that word is.

Each time you enter a word, the puzzle identifies which letters, if any, are in the mystery word but in the wrong spot with a yellow square. Letters that are in the mystery word and in the right spot are identified with a green square.

That’s all there is to it!

And yet… this game is about as addictive as an only-one-game-per-day game can get!

I started playing at 1am….and being half asleep of course I completely forgot the rules and thought yellow tiles meant correct letter in correct position. Spent 4 tries guessing incorrectly…then I woke up this morning and boom, I realized my mistake, and BAM! Got it just in time with the sixth try.

It could - guess I should be glad they only publish one word per day. As far as I know, you can’t even access games that were published before you started to play!

In Canada, we use a bit of both. But I kept thinking that the word couldn’t end in “or” so I wasted some time with that.
