I'm afraid I have never seen this kind of soap bubble effect in copper bearing tourmaline. Since the white background in some of the others photos does not indicate there is any kind of multi coloured lighting going on, I would personally stay well away from this stone (because the multi colour sheen is not something that I expect in an untreated tourmaline)

I agree with you and understand your point...I did find this on the internet after looking into exactly what your concerned about. It could be synthetic I just don't know.

That looks like a typical inclusion I see in many different types of gems. Certainly in tourmaline, sapphire, spinels and more. Its not actual coloring in the stone but a prisim effect from the inclusion.
