It is beautiful sit in gold. Very sparkly and i saw some small black inclusions inside.I just need your opinion about this if its real stone.thanks.

It looks like it needs a good clean first. It appears to have facet wear so that would rule out a diamond. I don’t think it is sapphire as it’s not doubly refractive. You should take it to a jeweller who can give you a better idea.

I wonder if it could be a coated topaz? As some of the marks on it I wonder if it's the coating on the pavilion wearing off.
