You truly can't judge eye clean unless you're looking at the diamond.

The number and size of the inclusions makes me think it might, but it's very hard to say. You need to ask the diamond seller to give them their opinion and make sure you have a refund policy before you purchase it.

You will need to see ANY SI diamond in person IMO. The inclusions do seem to be smallish but depending on their depth and how they react in different lights it may very well be clean or not.

If they will allow you to see it in person that really is the best way.
