Yes I did not want to make my DH feel bad. I''m so very pleased that I''m getting a new ring tho. How much longer do you need to wait for yours and what are you getting?Date: 10/20/2006 12:22:40 PM

I call mine an anniversary stone cos dh hates the concept of ''upgrading''. Makes him feel like I don''t cherish the original e-ring, which I do and will still wear at times. I really don''t care what it''s called as long as I get it!
cheers, a
It''s been about 6 months, but after having the other one 24 years, it still seems new.Date: 10/20/2006 12:34:05 PM

DiamondSeeker what will you do with your old ering? Did you change shapes as well as size? I don''t think you did. Have you posted a photo collage of the old ring and the new?
Ellen I thought that you''ve had your upgrade for a while now. How long has it been?
I haven''t decided what to do with it. Right now it is just the same. I can wear the old set if I am in a situation calling for less bling! I think on my Show Me the Ring thread, there is one not-great picture of both sets on my ring finger to show the size difference. It is also a round stone and is 1 ct. New one is 1.63 but a much better cut.Date: 10/20/2006 12:34:05 PM
