I was on a well-known online site tonight that sells vintage jewelry and lab-grown diamonds, looking at their pink lab-growns. Some beautiful colors, shades of brownish pink, orangey pink. But I saw one round brilliant that had an orange ring around the center. The closer to actual size, the more pronounced it became. Has anyone seen anything similar?
I'm a novice so I thought I'd post the question.

They do the same as natural diamonds. If they are shallow and have a large table they will show a fish eye (CVD diamonds tend to be shallow)

Thank you, Garry H and denverappraiser! Wow, I reached the top with my question.
I just looked at the website again, huge variety of colors and large diamonds with big prices to match, but I hardly saw one I'd want to buy. The emerald cuts go dead in the center and many of the RBs look suspect. I wonder where they're being cut? I'm guessing not in India.
