Hey,

Has anyone used Dimend Scassi's "InnerView" Tool to visualize your stones? Was this an accurate experience? Did you then go on to purchase the stones without seeing them in person?

Please let me know if you've used this virtual web tool and what you thought of it...

Or even if you haven't used it, any suggestions about Issac's service, or the idea of this way of checking stones?

Thanks!!

I used the InnerView several weeks ago. I didn''t buy the stone but for reasons other than not likely it so it''s hard for me to say how accurate the experience was. However, what I can say is that they were exceedingly helpful and answered all my questions. I spent at least 45 minutes on the phone looking at InnerView with them. It is certainly one more tool that allows you to see more than you would be able to otherwise. Plus you can always get the stone and return it if you don''t like it once you see it in person.

In short, I would definitely recommend it! The service and help was excellent. I know I will be checking them out again.

It is neat from the standpoint of looking at the magnified stone, but a web cam is not a great way to see details of a diamond. I asked them to please email me the magnified photo, and it was much better. I was able to see the stone on someone''s hand to get an idea of size. So it is a way to narrow down your choices. But the only way to really know is to order and look at it in person. I did that, and I did just return it because I decided to go with a higher color and/or clarity and maybe down a tiny bit in size. They have had excellent customer service and high quality settings. I ordered a hearts and arrows stone, so I knew exactly what to look for on the cert to be sure the numbers were good. The stone was beautiful and priced nicely. But it just wasn''t "the one". So I''m taking my time and looking some more now that I have narrowed down my specs a little more.

But Isaac was great and so was Alexa. Very nice, prompt with emails, not pushy at all.

Good luck and let us know what happens!
