Hello I could really use some help on this issue!
I put down a deposit on a White House Bros setting, setting was made and completed after 1 week. When I went to pick it up I noticed there were slight differences between the images on each side of the ring. Whitehouse brothers does die casting on these filigree settings. specifically on one side of the setting there is an engraved heart. When you look at the other side of the setting the heart is not identical. Is this to be expected? I just don't know if I should finish paying off the setting or not or if this is bad craftsmanship.
Thank you so much for any insight!

If this was done by die casting, it is possible that the die mold was not perfectly symmetrical. As you are the customer, you have the right to expect good quality workmanship. Depending on how much you paid, it could be reasonable (or not) to expect the heart to be identical. I presume you looked at a similar setting prior to ordering it?
