I''ve been trying to find the best place to find a loose diamond (help or guidance). The size should be between .85 and 1.00 ct. Color (near colorless), hopefully with none visable. Cut IDEAL, Clarity VS1 or greater.
Now what do I do? Where do I go? What''s a reasonable price to pay?
