The numbers look promising but we really need more info to help you evaluate this diamond, which lab graded it? Do you have any images please such as Idealscope? Do you know if the diamond is eyeclean to your standards or not?

Ditto to Lorelei and is it AGS000 or GIA Ex/Ex/Ex? If so, that is a good start. But you can't determine superideal just from that. All AGS000 and GIA XXX are not considered hearts and arrows stones. Superideal really means the top of the top.

Is this the H SI1 referenced in the original post? If so it looks nice - you'll want to see hearts through a hearts viewer - or pictures of the hearts taken through a hearts viewer to ensure nicely formed hearts if the stone is being sold to you as a H&A diamond.

Is it eyeclean to your specifications? Define what eyeclean means to you and have ERD check for you.

mark at ERD check the stone and said its eye clean and alot better in person and really gives off a lot of light .hca score is 1.3

It looks like a nice one to me and more importantly, it sounds like it got a good review from ERD!
I'm seeing prices anywhere from about 6-7k for H SI1s of this size, what was your quote?

yeah, that seems reasonable (you can always do a PS search to see prices! of other similar diamonds)
