Diamond stud in 1 carat of different grades

Choosing 1 carat (total weight) gold stud earrings. Two options:

Excellent cut, colour G and SI2
Very good cut, colour E and VS1

Will there be a noticeable difference to the untrained eye of these two pairs? I know it is best to see them but not possible atm. Thanks!

Sorry I don’t have any reports. It was more a general question as I have no idea how big the difference is in the two grade examples I gave.

There are a lot of factors to be able to make a blanket statement.

You shouldn't choose studs with that little information. In my case, I wouldn't buy ungraded stones, or SI2, or very good cut.

There are SO many pairs of studs out there for purchase, why restrict yourself to such an extreme choice (I mean of cut, colour, clarity) when you could easily narrow it down?? I wouldn’t pick either pair and I’d definitely need more info for the money.
