On the face of it, it's slightly too deep at 62.7. But the info you have provided omits two very important pieces of information – the crown angle and pavilion angle – which are critical for determining light performance. Also a link to a listing website and any photos would be helpful for the rest of us to be able to provide you with some constructive feedback.

I try to draw my line at 62% depth for MRBs ...that just me..

A well cut .75ct should be closer to 5.85mm

So according to the GIA sheet it is 5.77 - 5.79

Can you even tell the difference between 0.08 - 0.06mm??

Apart from that anything that is jumping out to anyone why i shouldnt buy this

You may be right. You may not notice 0.08mm difference. But here is a thing.
This stone is cut steep and deep to keep the weight above 0.75c. Ideally, the crown should be 35 or less.
At the end, the stone has extra weight that contributes nothing to the diameter while hurting light performane and appearance. And you still pay 0.75c premium which can be a few hundred dollar.
So, yes, 0.08mm should matter. After all, you pay a few thousands on something that does not even weigh 1/100 of an ounce.


Poor craftsmanship, greedy business decision.

Running the numbers through HCA, it's a 4.3 so it's no on that front. This one is a shallow deep combo. For something with a CA of between 32.76 to 33.25 degrees (GIA rounds crown angle data to the nearest 0.5 degree), I would ideally prefer the PA to be between 40.4 to 41 at most. Having that PA too deep means that you have a lot more potential for light leakage rather than it bouncing light back up through the table to your eye.

Ideally, you are looking for angle combos of between:
34-35 for the crown angle
40.4-41 for the pavilion angle

At times, a 35.5 CA can work with a 40.6 PA but then one has to pay attention to depth and table percentages. Also, 33/34-41 combos can work as well.

Depth - 60-62.3% (you might as well get to see what your paying for)
table - 54-58%

Seriously, small changes out of range can make a big difference especially in the pavilion angle. The 4 items that we've listed (crown, pavilion, depth and
table) should help make sure that you pick a beautiful stone. If you pick a stone somewhat out of these ranges (and there are some out-of-range stones
that can still be beautiful), then other tools should be used to make sure its a nice stone (idealscope or aset images which Bluenile does not provide).
